Shipping policy

Courier Delivery

Our couriers offer a door-to-door service. A signature will be required on delivery and our couriers do not leave parcels unattended. Please nominate an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery, otherwise a card with a contact number will be left to arrange collection at a later date. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.

For Australia

We deliver all of our products Australia-wide by standard delivery. 

Free shipping for orders over $100 AUD. 

For orders under $100 AUD, a flat rate of $5 will be incurred on your order. Shipping fee will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart before you proceed to the checkout.

However, we sometimes offer promotional free shipping on special occasions.

For Overseas

We are currently offering deliveries outside of Australia. For special orders and requests outside of Australia, please email us at info@yvearay.com, if you have any queries.

  • For orders under $300 AUD, a flat rate of $20 will be incurred on your order. 
  • Free shipping for orders over $300 - $500 AUD.
  • Anything above $500 will be considered a special order and will be reviewed.

Note: There will be some products that are not available for overseas delivery. This will be stated on the product page.

Delivery Time frame

For Australia

We will dispatch your order in a timely manner and try to do so within 14 business days of receiving it. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are temporarily out of stock.

It may take 7 business days for delivery in metropolitan areas and up to 10 - 14 business days for regional or rural areas after the dispatchment.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is indicative only. Sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. You will be able to track your parcel’s progress by the tracking function offered by the couriers.

For Overseas

We dispatch orders the same time as our Australian customers but the remaining delivery time will vary on the individual international courier services we use. Due to covid there may be unforeseen delays which we have included in our estimated delivery times below.
